Willamette Pass Resort will open for the 2008-09 Ski Season this Friday.
Snow coverage is limited due to the extremely cold temperatures delivering unseasonably light snow.
Lower mountain runs are skiable. Additional snowfall will be necessary to allow opening the Eagle Peak lift and Peak 2.
Twilight and Sleepy Hollow lifts will begin operating at 9:00 AM this FRIDAY, December 19th.
Night skiing, nordic skiing, and tubing are not scheduled at this time.
Skiers and Snowboarders are encouraged to come up Friday and begin the season, realizing that EARLY SEASON conditions exist.
