SEASON PASS PICK UP: To pick up your Gold Season Pass, please visit Guest Services located inside the mountain lodge and present your completed Gold Passport application along with a copy of your Online Store invoice if you purchased it online to one of our guest service representatives.
STUDENTS: Proof of enrollment required to receive season pass. This can include a paid tuition receipt or scholarship document for college. You must be taking a minimum of six credits to qualify for the student rate. Valid current student body ID card for high school and middle school. Please bring these document(s) and/or IDs with you to Guest Services located inside the mountain lodge upon your first visit to the mountain.
Family is defined as relatives living in one household: two adults, one or two children, with proof of dependency, such as a 1040 tax statement. Each additional child is $99.

To order your new Passport, please complete a Passport Application and return it to our Guest Services' desk at the mountain or mail it to us addressed "Attention: Guest Services P.O. Box 5550 Eugene, OR 97405." Since we need an original signature on file, we cannot accept faxed or emailed applications. The Passport applications for Gold and Silver memberships can be downloaded from this website.
