Our ski patrol is organized within the National Ski Patrol System. The Willamette Pass Ski Patrol is routinely one of the most highly acclaimed patrols in the region. In 1999 the Willamette Pass Ski Patrol received the Silver Merit Star as Outstanding National Ski Patrol. Our patrol was second only to the patrol at Alyeska Ski Resort in Alaska. This achievement is in recognition of the talent and skills of the many volunteers and paid patrollers who make Willamette Pass safer and more enjoyable for winter recreation.
