Willamette Passof fers many options for summer hiking, with all inbounds winter terrain easily (and sometimes not so easily) accessible from the top of the Gondola. Additionally, the Pacific Crest Trail is a short distance from the resort, with a connecting route descending from the Gondola. The trail itself stretches from Mexico to Canada, but the section that wraps around the resort provides an approximately half day to full day hike based on ability and is quite enjoyable.
